This chocolate salami is the perfect treat to snack on alongside a cup of tea or coffee. These ultra chocolatey cookie slices are filled with crushed cookies, condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder mixture. They’re incredibly delicious and simple to make and bring so many of my childhood memories!
You will find 2 recipes here - the classic one made with standard store bought shortcrust type biscuits and the other version - made using Lotus Bischoff biscuits. Both super delicious!
